Due to building security, the names of all visitors (those without a building badge) must be on the building visitors list with the security guards. Please email the following information to Jerwanda Dozier (dozierj@battelle.org) and copy Wavery Brown (wavery.brown@pnl.gov) at least two business days prior to your scheduled meeting.
- First & last name (as they appear on official documents – e.g., driver's license or passport)
- Name of the individual's employer
- All visitors are required to show official photo identification (driver's license or passport) to the security guard to obtain access to the building. The name on this document will be matched with the name submitted by BWO.
All non-U.S. citizens must be approved via the PNNL FNVA guidelines prior to visiting BWO.
If the visitor does not have a DOE badge, they are required to have a PNNL visitor's badge. Please complete the PNNL badge request for the visitor and indicate BWO in the "Badge Pickup Location" so the badge will be printed and issued from the BWO office.
BWO conference rooms are equipped with a retractable screen, overhead projectors, flip charts, a speaker phone, an electronic white board, and a ViewGraph machine. A digital projector is available upon request. Staff must bring their own laptop computer.
