The Battelle Washington Operations office has two conference rooms available for meetings and presentations. The availability of the conference rooms can be viewed using the Yahoo! Calendar links listed below.
To reserve a conference room, please email your meeting date, meeting start time and meeting end time to Jerwanda Dozier (dozierj@battelle.org) and copy Wavery Brown (wavery.brown@pnl.gov). In addition you can call 202-479-0500 or 202-646-7806 to reserve a conference room.
Lobby Conference Room

The Lobby Conference Room will seat 12 people around the table and 6-8 additional people around the perimeter of the room. This room is located in the Battelle/PNNL lobby, across from the Receptionist Desk.
Large Conference Room (A & B)

The Large Conference Room will seat 30-35 people around the table, and another 10-15 people around the perimeter of the room. This room is also known as Conference Rooms A & B, and is located in the east wing of the floor. This room can also be divided into two smaller rooms, each seating 12-15 people.
BWO conference rooms are equipped with a retractable screen, overhead projectors, flip charts, a speaker phone, an electronic white board, and a ViewGraph machine. A digital projector is available upon request. Staff must bring their own laptop computer.

This room will seat 7 people around the table and another 8 around the perimeter of the room. The video conferencing room can only be scheduling by PNNL staff, using the Video Conferencing website. This room is not equipped for non-video conference meetings.
